Two short order cooks on a long road trip
Simply put, we travel to areas of the United States that have been affected by a natural disaster and make a meal for the people that have been affected as well as first responders and volunteers. Breakfast is our meal and the kitchen is open all day for those who need it. We have rented a camper and outfitted it with the equipment we need to prepare and serve breakfast for whoever needs us. We have coordinated with local relief individuals and organizations to identify locations. With a portable griddle, tents, tables, and chairs, we can set up almost anywhere and whip up eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns, and coffee.
